What's the typical turnaround time for designs?

Super speedy! Tell us what you need, and we'll start creating. 🚀

We aim to get drafts to you as fast as we can, usually within a few days.

How do I request designs for my projects?

As a customer you get your own Superforma® domain where you can easily submit all your design requests, uploads, etc.

We will be informed automatically as soon as you have a new task for us. 🫡

How do we stay in touch during the project?

We'll keep you updated every step of the way via Slack! 💬

Can I ask for changes to a design?

Absolutely! We're happy to make revisions until you're satisfied! 🎖️

What if I'm not satisfied with initial designs?

We'll work closely with you to make sure we get it right, no matter what! If you are still not satisfied, we can make adjustments in our revisions until you like it.

What's your refund policy if I'm unhappy?

Given the premium quality of our services, we do not offer refunds. 

However, this is very unlikely as we make adjustments in case of dissatisfaction 💪🏼

How does the billing work?

Simple monthly charges, no hidden fees, cancel anytime. You always pay in advance at the beginning of the month, at the latest by the 3rd with a classic bank transfer. Alternatively, we accept direct debit.

Credit card payment will be offered soon. 💳

Is it easy to cancel my subscription?

Totally easy! If you want to pause or cancel, just let us know. Your subscription will then expire at the end of the month.

We always accept subscription breaks or cancellations by the 15th of the month at the latest — for example, if you decide in May to pause your subscription in June, we would need a short one-liner from you by May 15th at the latest.
